Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This landscape painting was painted during September 2019. It features primarily a tree situated at the entrance to Southampton (city) common, near to a tarmac path. Interestingly some viewers of the painting have recognised the tree! Early autumn is the season illustrated in the view with some foliage retaining its green colour while other golden coloured leaves have fallen to the ground.
The artwork is done in oils on canvas, sized at 14” x 13” (approx). As an interesting experiment the canvas is home made, using a sheet of cotton fixed and primed to a hand made wooden stretcher. The painting surface was surprisingly quite smooth.
