Artist's Description
A boy is on a hill top imagining himself flying through the air. He dons some home-made wings made out of pieces of cardboard and wears an old motor cycle helmet and googles. Catching him unannounced a big plane roars in to the sky behind him. The airplane (really it should be (aeroplane) is a made up craft, totally impossible but emphasises the features of what one thinks of such machines.
This illustration was created digitally during July 2018. It was initially drawn in 'auto Sketchbook pro' on a tablet as a concept, and then exported to a Windows 10 computer and worked on at a larger size and with more detail and refinements.
