Artist's Description
The entrance to a creepy circus that sees few customers, with an evil looking ringmaster inviting the viewer in to the tent. A happy looking clown after brain surgery opens the tent side but does not manage to conceal his axe too well. There is a further menacing figure waiting in the shadows of the tent. Something also lives in the kiosk hut!
This painting was finished in early September 2016. It is digitally painted firstly in Autodesk SketchBook pro on a Samsung device. Once it got to a certain stage it was then exported, resized and repainted in Photoshop in an A4 format.
