This painting was produced during October 2016. It features a small sailing boat moored up to a river side. Possibly the vessel belongs to the owner of the pretty, pink painted house on the rivers edge. The location is the River Stour in Christchurch, Dorset, on the southern coast of the UK. The scene in general is a very popular and timeless location enjoyed by tourists over the centuries. The painting, which is based on a photograph, is painted in acrylics on paper, sized at 12" x 16".
